HallsMAX will only buy and renewal domains ending in .co.uk , .uk , .org.uk and will be free to the client. Any other domain/s ending is excluded from the HallsMAX plan. Please read our legal agreements by clicking here for more information.
Time Limits
As outlined in our HallsMAX Plan terms, there are no limits on the number of changes, productions, or edits you can request. However, to ensure efficient workflow and fair service to all clients, we've implemented the following timeframes for major project overhauls:
Bespoke Software: Clients must wait at least 3 weeks after approving a bespoke software design before requesting a complete redesign.
Please note that these timeframes are in place to allow us to manage our workload effectively. In exceptional circumstances where our resources are stretched, there may be short delays to project start dates.
Clients agree to adhere to these timeframes as part of the HallsMAX Plan terms.
The Halls Group reserves the right to modify the services offered in our Max Plan, including adding, removing, or changing services. This may occur at any time and without prior notice. We will, however, make every effort to communicate any changes to you as soon as possible.
